Online booking terms and conditions (B2B)

This booking terms and conditions document is designed to regulate online bookings for events, such as conferences, courses and workshops.

The drafting assumes that the booking is taken by the business organising the event rather than an intermediary.

The core provisions of the template set out the contracting process, specify how and when booking fees must be paid, allow for the variation and cancellation of bookings, and limit the organiser's liability in relation to bookings.

This document does not take account of consumer protection legislation, and should therefore only be used in relation to B2B transactions. Moreover, the document should not be used in respect of bookings that are specially regulated, such as package holidays.
