Services agreement (standard)

This is a generic services agreement, designed to regulate the relationship between a business providing services and a customer of that business. It is a shorter and simpler version of our premium services agreement.

The customer may be a sole trader, partnership, company or any other kind of organisation (but should not be an individual consumer).

The agreement includes optional provisions relating to the supply of deliverables such as works protected by copyright. The agreement does not however include any provisions relating to the supply of goods.

The services which may be covered by the agreement are not limited to a particular type or type, although if the services are subject to special (e.g. industry or sector) regulation then the agreement may not be sufficient.
