Training course website terms and conditions
This template is a variation on our subscription website T&Cs document and has been designed for websites offering training courses on a subscription basis.
The course itself may be delivered by means of text, graphic materials, audio and/or video. The T&Cs assume that any audio and video materials will be streamed, although other materials may be downloadable.
The T&Cs are suitable for website offering training courses to businesses, consumers or a mixture of the two. An optional distance contracting clause is included, which can be deleted from the template if all customers will be businesses rather than consumers.
