IT support terms and conditions (basic)
Under the provisions of this IT support terms and conditions document, a commercial entity may enter into an agreement to establish a relationship with their client for the provision of IT support services to that client.
The support services may encompass both hardware and software assistance. Alongside the support provisions, we have incorporated provisions covering delivery of third-party hardware and/or software to the client, obligations put upon the client to facilitate contractual fulfilment, and clauses pertaining to potential charges and remittances.
Following the body of the document, there are two supplements: schedule 1 should contain particulars of data processing activities that may occur pursuant to this agreement, and the statement of work includes order-specific information.
The document includes provisions designed to aid compliance with the GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation).
This instrument is tailored for business-to-business (B2B) transactions and is not intended for use in transactions involving consumers.
