Subscription website terms and conditions (B2B)
This terms and conditions template has been designed for websites that offer content and/or functionality to businesses on a subscription basis.
The terms and conditions allow for free subscriptions in addition to paid subscriptions. Moreover, they allow for different levels of paid subscription (to be described in detail elsewhere on the website).
In some respects, these terms and conditions are similar to our cloud services and SaaS documents. The key differences are that: (a) these terms and conditions are entirely informal (with no formal definitions section and using personal pronouns ("you" and "us" vs "the Supplier" and "the Customer"); and (b) these terms and conditions are drafted entirely from the perspective of the services provider, with minimal protection for the customer.
This is a purely B2B template. It does not take account of consumer protection legislation, and therefore is not suitable for use in relation to subscriptions purchased by consumers.
