Medical training website terms and conditions
This template is a variation on our subscription website T&Cs document, and has been designed for websites offering medical training courses, by means of video/audio streaming and downloadable materials, on a subscription basis.
A special medical disclaimer is included, limiting the express scope of the publisher's obligations in relation to medical information published on the website.
These medical training T&Cs comprehend the possibility that paying users may be classified as consumers. Accordingly, a set of distance selling clauses are included, permitting users to cancel subscriptions within a 14-day period following the start of the subscription, although with a deduction from the refund proportionate to the amount of the services consumed. (This is a requirement of the distances selling laws.)
